📦 Lost or Damaged Items

If your product is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact me by email at gedzartwork@gmail.com for a Full Refund.

IMPORTANT: Please keep the following:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • A screenshot of your order confirmation
  • Your order number

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Limited Editions
  • Originals
  • Prints
  • Merchandise
  • Phone Cases (Made To Order)

Returns are accepted in certain cases, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

✅ Defective Items

You may return a product only if it has a manufacturing defect.

Returns will not be accepted for items that show marks of use, wear, or user-caused damage.
